had quite a good jog this morning.. met up wif shaiful very early..at ard 6 at boon keng..
when we reached sch.. zat and aliff were alrdy jogging.. how the hell they reached sch tt early man? haha.
Anyway.. ran a couple of rds and had to rushed off to change up.. was pespiring like shit during assembly..luckily it was pe soon.. and more conditioning.. tiring man!
but somehow i felt tt all these tireness was gd. at least it made me felt tt i really did worked out
went to ICA building after sch..thanks brandon for accompanying me go.. cos i will like feel so lost inside.. hate going to these type of places alone man.. yea! finally.. i can travel out of s'pore!
