Today had heats after sch at bishan stadium.. Didn win anything.. 4x400... opponents were really too strong.. Was only happy tt we didn got last.. But i alrdy tried my best.. think it was the 1st time tt i ran so hard in 400m b4.. But it was such a long time since I ran.. So stamina gone..speed was gone too.. Haha.. hope to regain all back during soccer training..

Was damn tired la.. almost fainted and vommit.. Sucky feeling.. after the heats.. rushed back home..bathed..came out to meet up wif Mat.. actually wanted to catch a movie.. BUt both of us were later.. and so there goes the movie.. HAha.. so jus went to haf our dinner at far east.. after walked ard town.. nth to do.. So went to play pool at cini lor.. quite fun la.. Didn catch up for sum time le.. So had a nice chat wif her.. Asked her to teach me geog and econs during the hols.. otherwise.. i am going to fail my midyr exams like crazy...=(
